We are a small office, and we consider it an advantage: when you entrust us with an application one person follows it, the same from the first phone call to the signing at the notary, and you reach them directly, without a switchboard. We do not grant the mortgage — the bank decides that — but we choose which lender to approach, including those without a branch in the Valley, prepare the file and deal with bank, surveyor, estate agent and notary.
